We are a growing and innovative company looking for an energetic and passionate individual to take on a marketing role with our company. We are fully dedicated to making a positive impact in our community and the customers we serve and need a health conscious individual to be a representative of our company. This team member will lead new client acquisition, public and client relations, and be primarily responsible for organization, development, and implementation of marketing initiatives, events, and market share growth.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Thoroughly understands our brand, services, niche expertise, and all providers to inform, educate, and sale to potential customers and potential partnering businesses. Promote the features and benefits of the Thrive menu of services, packages and memberships.
  • Positively engage with the public and have the ability to represent the brand in a highly positive manner. Must have excellent communication skills and professional attitude, be outgoing and friendly with desires to meet and connect with new people.
  • Network and build trusting, authentic relationships with potential customers by assessing their needs and make personalized recommendations to create a memorable first impression for the customer experience. Must engage potential new customers without a one-size fits all approach. Should be able to identify customers’ needs and goals and adjust marketing style to adapt to each individual and type of marketing event.
  • Identify business opportunities in the market.
  • Seed and develop relationships with market influencers, ultimately leading to increased brand visibility.
  • Drive and organize logistics for business interaction relevant to the brand and to the region, partnering with like-minded companies and represent the brand at various marketing events, tradeshows, and community activities.
  • Assist with coordinating, customizing, and then disseminating press releases and public news exposure.
  • Increase awareness of competitors marketing activities and assist to position Thrive as the chosen provider in the community
  • Utilizes monthly marketing and public relations calendar to coordinate activities and events.
  • Prepare, create, and use standard operating procedures for outside events and activities to coordinate tasks, people, and branding needs to assure consistency in brand exposure and brand presence.
  • Assist in coordinating various alternative marketing methods including direct mail, print ads, networking, internet, social media, and develop new methods of marketing.
  • Research, coordinate, and create brand ambassador - brand advocacy program.
  • Should be a self-starter, results oriented, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet or exceed established weekly targets, monthly productivity and sales goals.
  • Willingness to continually educate yourself on facets for effective marketing and sales activities.
  • Responsible for monthly marketing analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain strict customer and company confidentiality with customer and company health and financial information.
  • Work closely with CEO and other Thrive employees as needed.
  • Balance team and individual responsibilities. Independently manages and prioritizes multiple tasks in order to fulfill individual role on the team. Coordinate and communicate work efforts with other employees. Meets challenges with resourcefulness and generates suggestions for improving workflow.
  • Approach others in a tactful manner, reacts well under pressure and treats other with respect and consideration. Accepts responsibility for own actions and follow through on commitments.
  • Must be able to maintain positive appearance and attitude and comply with dress code policy.
